SCREENWRITER’S INTENTION
My intention is to write a film that resonates with our current age of anxiety, a coming-of-age story set against the backdrop of a broken society.
This savage near future society is full of broken lives and broken families, and a strong theme running through this story is how new kinds of families might be forged from the wreckage.
The transformative power of an innocent baby both threatens and unites a group of street kids, turning their lives around for good – or bad.
Through this dystopian adventure I want to weave an unlikely love story that in the end leaves us with a sense of hope.
